If you donate by cash or card at one of our Assemblies, and are a UK taxpayer, completing this form allows us to claim a 25% top up on your donation via the Gift Aid Scheme. Boosting our income in this way makes a huge difference to a small charity like ours: if everyone donating by cash or card were to fill out this form, the amount of Gift Aid we could claim would pay for our band’s rehearsals for six months!
